Denise D’Achiardi-Mathieson, E-RYT, is a seasoned yoga teacher with a unique blend of professional experience in both wellness and corporate design. Based in Mamaroneck, New York, Denise has spent over a decade teaching yoga at top-tier fitness centers including Equinox, YogaSpark, and New York Sports Club. Her approach to teaching emphasizes restorative movement, intentional breathing, and accessibility, drawing on her certifications from YogaEd and SilverSneakers. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Denise also volunteers regularly, offering language support for local families and contributing to community wellness initiatives such as SOULFest.

Before immersing herself in the world of yoga, Denise built a distinguished career in construction and interior design, managing large-scale corporate renovation projects across New York and London. After stepping back from her executive role to raise her children, she transitioned into yoga—only to find her two worlds unexpectedly reconnecting years later. Her story, which includes reviving her construction expertise on a yoga retreat, reflects a remarkable adaptability and a deep-rooted passion for meaningful, people-centered work. Denise embodies the philosophy that our past experiences, when aligned with purpose, can evolve into new forms of service and healing.
