Summer Nelson

Summer Nelson is a dedicated gymnastics coach, clinician, and choreographer with over two decades of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. She has spent her career inspiring athletes of all ages, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, focus, and whole-body awareness. With a background in Special Education and a Bachelor's degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Boise State University—along with a certificate in Habilitative Services—Summer brings a unique and inclusive approach to coaching that supports athletes both physically and mentally.

Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles, including coaching, choreography, teaching, and event speaking. Her passion for movement extends beyond the gym, with past experience as a Special Education teacher and acro/dance instructor, highlighting her commitment to learning, growth, and student development. While she has stepped back from daily coaching, Summer continues to offer choreography, clinics, and camps, sharing her expertise and positive energy with the gymnastics community.

As a mother of four and an advocate for leading with care and creativity, Summer approaches each opportunity with warmth, professionalism, and a strong belief in empowering young athletes to reach their full potential.
